West Ham, Huddersfield and Southampton attackers have been desperate to find the net.

Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku have scored for fun this season in the Premier League, but not everybody has enjoyed the same success.
Two players in the Premier League have had 20 shots on goal without managing to score.
Southampton attacker Nathan Redmond has attempted 23 efforts and is yet to get his name on the vidi-printer.

Just six of his efforts have landed on target, which is a big part of the problem for the winger.
Narrowly behind him is Huddersfield Town winger Thomas Ince, who is desperate to make a big impression in the Premier League.
Perhaps he is trying a little too hard. Ince has registered 20 attempts on goal, and tested the goalkeeper only four times.
On pace to supplant them both as the league’s most wasteful player is West Ham’s Andy Carroll.
| Team | Total Shots | Goals | Shots on Target | Appearances | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nathan Redmond | Southampton | 23 | 0 | 6 | 7 |
| Tom Ince | Huddersfield | 20 | 0 | 4 | 7 |
| Andy Carroll | West Ham | 18 | 0 | 2 | 4 |
| Davy Pröpper | Brighton | 9 | 0 | 0 | 7 |
While Ince and Redmond have each played seven games, Carroll has played in just four games yet managed 18 shots at goal.
He is yet to score, and a staggering poor record shows just two of his 18 efforts have hit the target.
Brighton midfielder Davy Propper has had the most attempts (9) without hitting the target even once.
