West Ham United, Newcastle United and Fulham reportedly want Cardiff City’s Sol Bamba.
It has been reported that Cardiff could want between €3 million (£2.67m) and €4m (£.3.56m) in order to sell the former Leeds United defender in the middle of the season – which would be a bargain fee for any club interested in him.
Good defender
Bamba joined Cardiff in October 2016 following his departure from Leeds, and the Ivory Coast international has established himself as a key figure in Neil Warnock’s side.
The central defender has scored two goals and provided one assist in 14 Premier League appearances for the Bluebirds so far this season, according to WhoScored.
According to WhoScored, the 33-year-old has made 2.4 tackles, 2.6 interceptions and 7.4 clearances per game on average so far this campaign.
Unlikely exit?
Cardiff are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season, and it is hard to see manager Warnock letting Bamba – who earns £8,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – leave in the January transfer window.
