The West Ham United ace returned to action against Fulham last week.

Manuel Lanzini of West Ham United returns to Rush Green to continue his Re Hab on September 12, 2018 in Romford, England.

West Ham ace Manuel Lanzini hinted that his long-term future lies at the London Stadium, when speaking exclusively to the club’s official website.

The Argentine has been out injured all season after rupturing his ACL during pre-season training last summer, but he made his return to action for the Hammers on Friday night against Fulham.

West Ham have really missed Lanzini’s guile and creative nouse in the final third this term, and having him back for the remainder of the campaign will be a huge boost for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.

The 26-year-old explained how he is planning to achieve great things with the east London outfit, when speaking exclusively to the club’s official website, suggesting that he is looking forward to playing under Pellegrini for the foreseeable future:

“We have many good things to work for in the future and I am looking forward to playing for Mister Pellegrini and his staff. We have a very strong squad here and hopefully we can achieve good things this season and in the next seasons.”

West Ham are a club with great ambition, and keeping hold of Lanzini will be absolutely pivotal to their hopes of achieving success over the next few years.

The Mirror reported last year the Liverpool are keen to sign the Argentine, but following his comments today, it seems as though he will be staying in east London for some time yet.
