The West Ham United youngster has been in fine form this season.

West Ham youngster Grady Diangana sat down for an exclusive interview with the Guardian, and shared how he modelled his game on Barcelona and Brazil legend Ronaldinho when he was growing up.
The 20-year-old has really impressed when given a chance by Manuel Pellegrini this season, and he has a great chance of making the right wing position his own, with Andriy Yarmolenko ruled out until at least April.
West Ham have made a poor start to their 2018/19 campaign, by Diangana’s rise to prominence has been a real bonus for the east London outfit.
The England under-20 international spoke exclusively to the Guardian, and shared how he modelled his game on Brazilian great Ronaldinho when he was a young boy:

“I would kick the ball, do around-the-worlds and just play by myself because I enjoyed it that much. That was always a big part for me when I was younger, how much I enjoyed it. I used to watch the players who entertained me the most, like Ronaldinho. I always used to love having the ball at my feet.”
This season will be a vitally important one for Diangana, and he will surely get plenty of opportunities between now and May to prove that he is worthy of a regular place in West Ham’s team.
