The West Ham United winger has impressed during his debut season in the Premier League.

West Ham ace Felipe Anderson sat down for an exclusive interview with the club’s official website, and insisted that he has enjoyed one of his best ever seasons this term.
The 26-year-old joined the Hammers from Lazio in the summer of 2018, for a fee that could rise to £41.5 million according to BBC Sport, and he has gone on to rack up 10 goals and five assists in 38 appearances in all competitions for the east London outfit thus far.
They are certainly impressive numbers, considering that this season has been Anderson’s debut campaign in the Premier League with West Ham.
The Hammers have endured a difficult campaign, however, and the Brazilian would surely have been hoping to help fire his team to a top seven finish this season – something that is surely now unattainable.
Anderson sat down for an exclusive interview with the club’s official website, and suggested that he is proud of the way in which he has performed this term:

“I had very good seasons in Lazio but this is a very difficult league and the team had a difficult situation because it had a lot of new players, so that has made it one of my best seasons in Europe.”
West Ham still have three Premier League games remaining this season, and Anderson will be hoping to continue his fine form.
Next season will be the real test for the Brazilian and his Hammers teammates, however, where nothing less than a top seven finish will do.
