Aston Villa earned promotion last term, and West Bromwich Albion are now hoping to do similar this time around.

Grealish came through Villa’s youth system before captaining them to promotion last term.
Sawyers saw Grealish’s success with Villa, and it has made him more hungry to perform for his boyhood club, now he is back with West Brom.
“Everyone wants to play in the Premier League and I have that extra incentive to take West Bromwich Albion to the Premier League,” the playmaker said.
“You saw it last year with Jack Grealish at Aston Villa, you could see how much it meant. I have the same mentality with this club.”

Grealish, of course, has never played for any other team than Villa, but Sawyers’s journey has been different.
Sawyers was deemed surplus to requirements by West Brom as a youngster, and was sold to Walsall in 2013 without a senior appearance under his belt.
Sawyers has since rebuilt his reputation, and Albion decided that the time was right for a reunion this summer.
Sawyers could now finally make his West Brom debut at the weekend, when Slaven Bilic’s side take on Nottingham Forest.
