Leicester City-owned West Bromwich Albion midfielder Harvey Barnes has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Preston North End.
West Brom got the better of Preston 3-2 away from home in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at Deepdale, visitors West Brom had 55% of the possession, took 12 shots of which seven were on target, and earned two corners, according to BBC Sport.
The win means that Darren Moore’s side are now in pole position in the league table with 20 points from 10 matches, a point clear of second-placed Leeds United.
Barnes, who joined the Baggies on loan from Premier League side Leicester in the summer transfer window, started the match and played for 72 minutes.
The 20-year-old midfielder has taken to Twitter to revel in the win for the Baggies, with some West Brom fans responding to the youngster’s message on the social networking site.
