The Telegraph report Chadli was involved in a bust up with manager Tony Pulis, with the winger unhappy with the manager’s gruelling training programme.

Chadli’s situation is not irretrievable at West Brom, but it will certainly be a bit awkward when he rejoins his teammates who have been getting on with Pulis’ training schedule.

The Belgian has benefited since joining the Baggies, winning back his international place after being left out of Belgium’s Euro 2016 squad.

He will be determined to make the 2018 World Cup, and for that reason West Brom fans should maintain hope he will dig in and make things right, and that this is just a minor hiccup.
