West Brom were beaten 3-0 by Crystal Palace at the Hawthorns yesterday, with Robson-Kanu failing to take his chance to impress.
West Brom have lined up with Jay Rodriguez and Dwight Gayle in the Championship so far this season, and Robson-Kanu did little to convince Darren Moore to change his usual set-up.
The Welshman struggled to make any sort of impact during the contest, as the Baggies went out of the Carabao Cup.
And West Brom fans have been unforgiving over Robson-Kanu’s display during the match.
Robson-Kanu could face even more competition for a place in the Albion side in the near future, with Bakary Sako arriving.
The Baggies are currently the Championship’s top scorer, but didn’t pose their usual threat against top tier opposition yesterday.
