West Bromwich Albion fans are not happy about Salomon Rondon’s tweet on Rafael Benitez’s exit at Newcastle United.

Rondon spent last season on loan at Newcastle from West Brom and throughly enjoyed his time at St. James’ Park.

The target-man won Newcastle’s Player of the Season award, and it was thought that Benitez was pushing to sign the 29-year-old.

However, Newcastle would not sanction a deal for the West Brom man, and that means that he is still at the Hawthorns as things stand.

Rondon still clearly has a keen on matters at Newcastle though, and his tweet yesterday did not go down well with Albion supporters.

The Express and Star claim that Newcastle are still interested in Rondon, even though Benitez has left St. James’ Park.

West Brom are thought to be planning on selling Rondon, with Slaven Bilic looking at other options to play up-front.
