The West Bromwich Albion man would be an excellent addition to the Everton squad this summer.
Much will be expected of the Toffees in the Premier League this season, following Ronald Koeman laying out well in excess of £100 million on acquiring new talent at Goodison Park this summer.
The Dutchman will still be looking to improve upon his attacking options, however, especially in the wide positions, with Yannick Bolasie still in the rehabilitation stage of his recovery from injury and Aaron Lennon being linked with an exit from the club, according to the Daily Mail.
And with this in mind, the Blues should consider making a move for Baggies winger Nacer Chadli,who could be set for an exit from the Hawthorns this summer, following a disagreement with Tony Pulis, according to the Telegraph.

The 27-year-old joined West Brom from Tottenham Hotspur last summer, for a fee believed to be in the region of £13 million, and showcased his wonderful talent for Pulis’ side, chipping in with five goals and five assists in 31 Premier League outings.
The Belgium international is exactly the type of player who could take Everton to another level, with the exemplary technique that he possesses, and the direct manner in which he plays the game.
Chadli’s penchant for shooting from distance would also add another weapon to the Toffees’ armoury, and provide them with more of an unpredictable nature to their play.
The former Spurs man still has three years remaining on his current deal with The Baggies, so he will surely not come cheap, and Pulis will undoubtedly be looking to make a profit on the £13 million he paid for him 12 months ago, if he does in fact decide to sell him.
That will not be a problem for Everton, however, who are currently flush with cash following the sale of Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United.
And if Koeman manages to bring Chadli to Goodison this summer, it could turn out to be the final piece of the jigsaw for the Blues.
