West Bromwich Albion are expected to gain promotion this season.

West Brom defender Kyle Bartley spoke exclusively to the Express & Star, and made a desperate plea to the Baggies fans, asking for them to be patient with the style of football that Darren Moore is trying to implement at the Hawthorns.
The Black Country outfit have made a decent start to their Championship campaign, taking 10 points from their opening six league games, and they currently sit in ninth spot in the table.
West Brom fans have been used to seeing direct football over the past decade or so, but since Moore was handed the reigns towards the end of last season, that has certainly begun to change.
And Bartley urged the Baggies fans to be patient with the new style of play currently on display at the Hawthorns, when speaking exclusively to the Express & Star:

“It’s been almost a decade at this club when it’s been a little bit back to front. The manager has come in with the new coaches and they want to try and implement the new style of playing. We think we’ve got the players to deal with it. There are always going to be some hairy moments and some chances being taken at the back. But we made chances at the other end from playing out from the back and we ask the fans to stick with us. I know it is a bit nervy at times but we believe in it and hope the fans believe in it as well.”
West Brom have two weeks off now due to the international break, and they return to action on September 14th with a trip to Birmingham City.
