Conor Townsend joined West Bromwich Albion from Scunthorpe United, while Duane Holmes moved to Derby County in the summer transfer window.

West Bromwich Albion defender Conor Townsend has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to Derby County midfielder Duane Holmes.
Holmes has joined Championship club Derby from League One side Scunthorpe United in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old midfielder was one of the best players during his time at Scunthorpe.
West Brom defender Townsend has congratulated Holmes on Twitter on his move to Derby in the summer transfer window.
The 25-year-old left-back played with the midfielder at Scunthorpe, and the former Hull City prospect himself left the Iron for West Brom this summer.

Derby will take on West Brom away from home at The Hawthorns in the Championship on October 24, 2018.
Holmes is a very talented and promising young midfielder, and the 23-year-old could prove to be a very smart signing for Derby.
The former Huddersfield Town man could take a while to adapt to Derby manager Frank Lampard’s gameplan and strategy, but one should not be surprised if he does establish himself in the Rams’ starting lineup in the coming months.
