The West Bromwich Albion striker used to play for Burnley but not at the same time as Barnes.

The West Bromwich Albion striker Charlie Austin has hit out at Gareth Southgate after the England manager overlooked Burnley’s Ashley Barnes for his latest Three Lions squad.
Barnes has scored four goals in three Premier League appearances this season and had been tipped for a first-ever England call-up.
It is a feat that Austin achieved himself while playing for Queens Park Rangers, although he ultimately failed to win a cap.
But is no place for Barnes, nevertheless, and the new West Brom recruit, who spent two seasons at Burnley before the 29-year-old arrived at Turf Moor, has subsequently vented his displeasure on Twitter.

Austin wrote:
Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Jadon Sancho, Marcus Rashford and Callum Wilson are the five forwards selected by Southgate for England’s EURO 2020 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Kosovo next month.
Barnes was capped by Austria at Under-20 level but was recently denied citizenship, ensuring that he is still eligible for England.
Is West Brom’s Austin right about the Burnley striker?
