West Bromwich Albion are reportedly hoping to snap up Porto’s out-of-favour defender Rolando, but Inter remains his most likely destination.
Rolando could be available at a bargain price in January but West Brom have their work cut out if they are to secure his signature.
The Portuguese international has been frozen out at Porto and his club are said to only want £1 million for him, which could be a steal for whoever gets there first.
But Italian giants Inter are in the strongest position should they want Rolando because he was there on loan last season and has established a rapport with the club.
During his brighter times at Porto, Rolando won three Portuguese titles, two cups and the Europa League in 2011 but his days at the club appear to be numbered.
