West Brom should reignite their interest in the Leicester City forward.
Leicester City manager Claude Puel has admitted that Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa could be on his way out of the club in the January transfer window.
Musa joined the club in the summer of 2016 from CSKA Moscow for a reported fee of £16 million, according to Leicester Mercury, and has fallen down the pecking order at the King Power Stadium.
Puel has admitted that Musa could be sold in the January transfer window. Turkish club Bursaspor are looking to sign him on loan, but Musa’s representatives want his client to stay in England.
West Bromwich Albion should make an effort to sign the striker this month. The Baggies were interested in signing the player in the summer, with The Mirror reporting in August that the club wanted to secure a season long loan deal with an option to buy.
The Baggies are struggling in the Premier League and are second bottom in the league table. Alan Pardew desperately needs new signings to shake up his squad, and bolstering the attacking department is one of his top priorities.
Musa could be tempted by the opportunity to play regularly in the Premier League and resurrect his career. The move will suit all parties involved.
