West Bromwich Albion should consider signing him on loan. Tony Pulis will be looking to bolster his midfield this summer, and should be looking to add the Chelsea midfielder to his ranks.
An attacking midfielder by nature, he can play as a second striker if needed. He has shown glimpses of his potential, but needs a platform where he can play consistently at the top level.
The Baggies in return will get a young player, 21, who is highly talented and hungry to play regularly. However, he could be in demand in the summer, if he is made available on loan, and West Brom could face competition in getting his signature.
