The Arsenal man would be a superb signing for West Bromwich Albion.

Baggies boss Tony Pulis guided his side to a respectable 10th placed finish in the Premier League table last term, and despite their fine efforts, the club’s fans expected further improvements this season, especially from a quality of football perspective.
West Brom seem to have stagnated, however, and once again find themselves in 10th spot after seven games played, but perhaps more concerning is the fact that they have managed to score just six goals in the league thus far.
There seems to be a distinct lack of creativity in the Black Country outfit’s midfield, which makes the likes of Jay Rodriguez’s job that little bit harder.

With this in mind, Pulis should be prioritising the acquisition of an established, attack-minded midfielder this January, and who better than Gunners ace Jack Wilshere.
The 25-year-old has been given a deadline of December to prove his fitness by manager Arsene Wenger, and the Baggies should take advantage of his uncertain future at the Emirates by making an offer for him in January, by which time he will have just six months remaining on his contract with Arsenal.

The England international would add a certain level of class to West Brom’s midfield, and his technical ability, along with his vision for a killer pass would undoubtedly help them improve upon the potency of their attacking play.
And if Pulis does manage to bring Wilshere to the Hawthorns, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for the Baggies.
