West Bromwich Albion are hunting for a third manager of the season after parting ways with Alan Pardew last week.

West Brom sit bottom of the Premier League table, 10 points adrift of safety and set for the Championship having won just three times in 33 games this season.

Under Pardew, West Brom won just three times in all competitions, and the 56-year-old leaves with a win rate of less than 15% after a nightmare spell at The Hawthorns.

Pardew paid the price with his job after a 2-1 home defeat to Burnley last weekend, and interim boss Darren Moore took charge for Saturday’s 1-1 home draw with Swansea City.

Pardew as only appointed as Tony Pulis’ replacement back in November, but West Brom are now hunting for his replacement already – and bookmakers have been pricing up odds, as compiled by Oddschecker.

A host of names have been touted with the job, but Mick McCarthy – a former manager of rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers – is still the surprise favourite for the job, coming in at 2/1 given that he will be leaving Ipswich Town this summer.

Reports over the weekend linked West Brom with a move for Everton boss Sam Allardyce, but he is in at 10/1, meaning a move to The Hawthorns still looks unlikely for the under-fire Toffees manager this summer.

Ex-West Brom coach and assistant Michael Appleton, now of Leicester City, is the second favourite at 7/4, whilst Dean Smith, Craig Shakespeare and Derek McInnes remain among the favourites for the job.
