West Bromwich Albion are one of the clubs believed to have bid for the Rotherham United defender.

The Rotherham United manager, Paul Warne, has confirmed via the Yorkshire Post that his side have this week rejected two offers from separate Championship for the West Bromwich Albion-linked Semi Ajayi.
The newspaper claims that while Warne would not disclose the identity of either bidder, one is believed to be West Brom.
And it adds that Albion, who have seen centre-backs Craig Dawson and Tosin Adarabioyo depart since the end of last season, are not expected to be put off by Rotherham’s initial snub.
Interestingly, Ajayi was the only Millers player not to feature in Wednesday night’s friendly win against Bradford Park Avenue, despite being named in Warne’s squad.

There is no indication as yet as which of West Brom’s divisional rivals the other offer arrived from.
However, Barnsley received the same response after bidding for Ajayi earlier in the summer transfer window, according to the Yorkshire Post.
The newspaper also claims that speculation linking the former Arsenal trainee with a move to Leeds United are ‘wide of the mark’.
