A number of West Bromwich Albion fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the announcement that two of their Championship fixtures have been selected for live television coverage (official WBA website).

The Baggies’ clash with Bristol City at The Hawthorns will still take place on Wednesday, November 27, 8pm kickoff, the only change being that it will be broadcast on Sky Sports.

However, West Brom’s trip to Deepdale to face Preston North End, originally scheduled for Saturday, November 30, has now been moved to Monday, December 2, 7:45pm kickoff.

The latter news has received quite a mixed reaction by some Albion fans, who made their feelings known on social media following the club posting about it on their Twitter feed:

The next match for West Brom set for live television coverage is away at Stoke City on Monday, November 4.

Up next for Slaven Bilic and co is Saturday’s Championship meeting with Cardiff City at The Hawthorns, with the Baggies currently third in the table and taking on a team 10th in the standings.
