The Baggies academy ace has been impressive at The Hawthorns over the past three seasons.

A number of West Bromwich Albion fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the news that the Baggies academy ace Jamie Soule has penned a new contract at The Hawthorns (official WBA website).
The 18-year-old forward has been a regular goalscorer at Under-18 and Premier League 2 level for West Brom over the last three seasons and has been linked to a number of clubs including Borussia Dortmund, according to the Express & Star.
Soule, who joined Albion as an eight-year-old, has penned a new three-year deal at The Hawthorns, and he believes that West Brom is the perfect place to continue his development.
“It’s a great feeling to be continuing my journey at West Bromwich Albion,” he told the official Baggies website. “I’ve been here since I was 8 and I have put a lot of hard work into progressing through the ranks. Hopefully I can push on and make my debut for the first team in the near future.
“It’s not easy to try and break through but I’m working hard every day to get the best out of myself. Hopefully it all pays off. The staff here are great and they all help me develop. I feel like I’m at the right place to keep developing.”
Soule’s new deal has been widely praised amongst the West Brom fanbase, who have witnessed several other talented youngsters leave The Hawthorns in recent months, such as Louie Barry joining Barcelona and Morgan Rogers signing for Man City.
