West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United went head-to-head this weekend.

West Bromwich Albion came from behind to secure a 2-2 draw with West Ham United this weekend.

Nacer Chadli opened the scoring for the Baggies before two goals in the last 30 minutes looked to have sealed a victory for West Ham.

The visitors had other ideas, however, and an injury-time equaliser from Gareth McAuley ensured Tony Pulis’s side went home with a share of the spoils.

Despite that late turnaround, some West Brom fans were not happy with their manager’s decision to take off goal-scorer Chadli and then fellow winger Matt Phillips.

The Belgian left the field with 37 minutes remaining, and West Brom would ultimately lose two players vital for counter-attacking the hosts.

Chadli has started to rediscover the form that made him an instant hit at The Hawthorns so it was surprising to see him leave the field with so much of the game still to be played.
