The West Bromwich Albion midfielder was impressive against Liverpool this week.

West Bromwich Albion loanee Grzegorz Krychowiak has taken some time to settle at The Hawthorns, with his performances well below the standard expected of a player with his reputation.
However the arrival of Alan Pardew in place of Tony Pulis as Baggies boss may give the Poland international a new lease of life, with his showing against Liverpool on Wednesday evening a tantalising glimpse of what he is capable of.

West Brom held Liverpool to a goalless draw at Anfield earlier this week, with Krychowiak vital to the Baggies’ performance and, on this evidence, Pardew is about to get something out of the player that Pulis either could not or was unwilling to try.
At his best Krychowiak was regarded as one of the best box-to-box midfielders in Europe and if West Brom can help him rediscover that form, they may not be fighting a relegation scrap long into 2018.

That said, the Baggies still have a lot of work to do, with Pardew’s new side currently 17th with 17 matches played.
