Craig Dawson wore the West Bromwich Albion armband in their latest Championship win.

A number of West Brom fans have taken to Twitter to slam Craig Dawson’s display despite Darren Moore’s men picking up their third win in four games with the 4-2 victory over Bristol City at The Hawthorns on Tuesday.
Moore’s side appear to be finding their feet in the second tier after a slightly underwhelming start in the Championship – and they looked nailed on for the three points before the half-hour mark against the Robins.
Some incredible work from Harvey Barnes helped Jay Rodriguez to a brace while Dwight Gayle notched his fourth goal of the season with a drilled finish at the near post.
Lee Johnson’s men briefly made it interesting on the hour-mark with Lloyd Kelly getting in front of Kyle Bartley to make the score 3-1. But Barnes would quickly restore the three-goal advantage with a superb strike.

City would score again five minutes later, but the Baggies would see the game out to move up to third in the table, four points off the summit.
It was a largely positive night for West Brom, but there was still plenty of criticism of the defence with Dawson copping a fair amount of stick for his display. The centre-back was given the captain’s armband, but it appears that many fans were not pleased with his performance.

Some suggested that the defender did not look interested, while others are clearly concerned about a back three of Dawson, Bartley and Ahmed Hegazi.
Here is what some of the West Brom fans made of Dawson’s display…
