West Bromwich Albion now find themselves just above the Premier League relegation zone after a 1-0 defeat to Swansea City.

West Brom fans have been reacting on Twitter after they watched their side lose a crucial game towards the bottom of the Premier League table as Swansea City picked up a 1-0 win at Liberty Stadium – and they are certainly not happy with the performance from Allan Nyom.

Alan Pardew’s men would have been feeling confident going into the clash given that the Baggies had drawn their previous three games and Swansea were stuck at the bottom of the Premier League table.

It was a largely disappointing game in South Wales, with just four shots on target during the entire clash, and the away side providing just one of them.

It appeared that Pardew’s side would end up leaving with a point, but Wilfried Bony had other ideas, slamming home the game’s only goal nine minutes from time to lift Swansea off the bottom of the table.

Unsurprisingly, the West Brom fans who took to social media after the game were not impressed by the performance, and a number of players came in for criticism.

The player who seemed to cop the most stick on Twitter was Nyom, who looked vulnerable throughout the game and certainly would not have endeared himself to supporters with his attempt to try and keep Bony’s game-deciding strike out of the net as he seemed to turn his back on the effort.
