Glasgow Rangers goalkeeper Wes Foderingham took to Twitter to mark his 100th appearance for the Ibrox side.

Wes Foderingham has taken to Twitter to mark his 100th appearance since joining Rangers, and suggested that it has been an honour to play for the Gers.
The goalkeeper arrived at Ibrox in 2015 during Mark Warburton’s tenure, and has since been a stalwart of the side that secured promotion back to the Scottish Premiership and has re-established the club back at the highest level, missing only a handful of games along the way.

The former Swindon man brought up the landmark at the weekend, playing the full 90 minutes as Pedro Caixinha’s men claimed a 4-1 victory over Dundee to move themselves to within three points of the division’s summit.
And following the game, Foderingham took to social media to express his delight at reaching a century of games for the Ibrox side.
Of course, the 26-year-old would have preferred to mark the achievement by keeping a clean sheet against Neil McCann’s men, but he will no doubt be delighted to have played a part in such an emphatic win that will give the side plenty of confidence heading into a crucial few weeks for the Light Blues.

After a couple of games against Partick – a team who have caused Rangers problems at Firhill in the past, but have ultimately struggled to get the better of the Gers – they face Celtic in the first Old Firm game of the season, and Foderingham will be hoping that he can help Rangers end their run without a win against Brendan Rodgers’ side.
