Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers have brought Fabio Cardoso to Ibrox in the summer transfer window.
Cardoso has joined Scottish Premiership club Rangers from Portuguese outfit Vitoria Setubal in the summer transfer window.
The Portuguese centre-back is one of a number of new signings that manager Pedro Caixinha has made so far in the summer transfer window, as the Gers aim to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the Scottish Premiership title this season.
Rangers goalkeeper Foderingham, who joined the Ibrox outfit back in the summer of 2015 when Mark Warburton – now the manager of Nottingham Forest in the Championship in England – was in charge of the Gers, has praised Cardoso.

“Fabio Cardoso is obviously younger and he’ll learn a lot from Bruno,” Foderingham told The Express. “I’m sure he’s thrilled to be playing alongside him.
“He’s a dominant force in the air and on the deck he’s really good as well. He can see a pass and he’s a calm presence on the ball. I’m sure he can handle himself and pick his moments.”

Rangers finished third in the Scottish Premiership last season and will be aiming to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the league title this campaign.
The Gers will kick off their league campaign on Sunday afternoon when they take on Motherwell away from home at the Fir Park Stadium.
