Glasgow Rangers fans have leaped to the defence of Wes Foderingham, after the goalkeeper received great criticism on social media website Twitter.
Foderingham posted a picture on Instagram which was taken during an Old-Firm derby defeat, and some Rangers fans criticised his decision.
However, after Foderingham responded to the comments on Twitter, Rangers fans leapt to his defence.
Foderingham has been a key player at Ibrox ever since he joined, and is the undisputed number one for the Glasgow club.
The former Swindon Town man is regarded as an excellent shot stopper, and is set to start again this weekend when Rangers take on Hamilton in their next match.
Rangers go into the game with Graeme Murty still in temporary charge, after failing to find a permanent boss over the international break.
If Rangers can beat Hamilton they could move up to second in the Scottish Premiership standings.
