Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers went through to the Scottish Cup quarter-final on Sunday.

Rangers fans were in forgiving mood on Monday after Wes Foderingham addressed an error.
The 27-year-old goalkeeper was at fault in Rangers’ Scottish Cup trip to Ayr United on Sunday as Alan Forrest – brother of Celtic star James – fired the minnows into a shock 1-0 lead.
Graeme Murty’s side went on to win 6-1, but Foderingham made the classy decision to not gloss over his mistake and addressed it on Twitter.

Fortunately for him, many fans of the Ibrox club were compassionate in their responses.
Rangers fans are right. Foderingham has been brilliant for the Gers in recent seasons and has certainly saved them more times than he has cost them.
Occasional mistakes for goalkeepers are par for the course, but at least the former Swindon Town man had the bottle to address it in public and that speaks volumes for his character.
