Oleksandr Zinchenko has told Gabriel Jesus on his Instagram story ‘we are with you’ after the Arsenal forward had successful surgery on his right knee.
Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny also added on Instagram that he hopes Jesus ‘gets well soon’ after he suffered a knee injury during Brazil’s win over Cameroon at the Qatar World Cup.
It was the 25-year-old’s first start of the tournament for Tite, after coming off the bench for the first two group games.

But such is Jesus’ luck, he ended up getting injured, and he is now starting his rehabilitation programme in order to return to the pitch as quickly as possible, as the club confirmed on Tuesday.
When Arsenal broke that news, Elneny sent a message to his teammate ‘Get well soon, my bro’, whilst Zinchenko added: ‘We are with you, brother’.
ARSENAL’S FORWARD PROBLEMS

Mikel Arteta and Co. now have some serious thinking to do. And it probably requires them, or those in the boardroom, to dip their hands into their pockets.
Whilst Jesus’ absence now puts extra emphasis on someone like Eddie Nketiah, will fans be comfortable with the Hale-End star being the £45 million summer signing’s (Sky Sports) replacement if he is out for the long-term?
The answer is probably no, and understandably so. Whilst Nketiah’s game has grown during the last 12 months, he’s still stuck in traffic and probably not accelerating at the rate where he should be starting on a regular basis.
This requires action in the transfer window and a possible big-name, even big-money signing coming through the doors.
