Crystal Palace are reportedly eyeing a move for on-loan Napoli star Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa.
According to the Sun, Patrick Vieira is a fan of the midfielder, who is still on Fulham’s books after spending the past two years out on loan. Anguissa has impressed for Napoli this campaign, and now Palace are eyeing the 25-year-old.
As per the report, the Eagles manager wants to hijack Napoli’s move for Anguissa. With the Serie A side said to be keen on making the midfielder’s loan move permanent.
Napoli have started the Serie A season in breathless fashion, with Luciano Spalletti’s side top of the standings. And Anguissa has shone for the southern Italian giants.
Indeed, Fulham will seemingly be eager to offload Anguissa for good. And his great form for Napoli this season has now attracted suitors from all around Europe.
And for Palace, Anguissa could be an ideal player to replace Conor Gallagher next summer. With the Chelsea midfielder unlikely to return to Selhurst Park if he continues his current form.
