Sheffield Wednesday are reportedly interested in signing Celtic’s Charlie Mulgrew in the summer transfer window.

Sheffield Wednesday fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking the club with a move for Charlie Mulgrew in the summer transfer window.
According to The Sun (print edition, page 57, July 15, 2016), Championship club Wednesday have offered Mulgrew a deal worth £1 million a year.
The versatile 30-year-old is technically without a club at the moment, with his contract at Scottish Premiership giants Celtic running out at the end of last month.

Talks over a new contract are going on, though, with Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers recently telling The Telegraph that he would like to keep Mulgrew in his team for the 2016-17 campaign.
It now seems that Wednesday have moved to take advantage of the situation and have (reportedly) offered the versatile footballer a lucrative contract.
Mulgrew, who is 30 years of age, can play as a centre-back, left-back and central midfielder.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers and Aberdeen man has suffered injury problems during his time at Celtic, but he is now fully fit and raring to go.

Wednesday fans have taken to Twitter to have their say on speculation linking the club with a move for Mulgrew this summer.
