Ian Wright has suggested that Arsenal’s Josh Kroenke doesn’t quite get it.

Kroenke, the son of Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke, faced Gunners’ fans in a forum on Thursday following the club’s involvement in the European Super League.

The North Londoners were one of 12 founding clubs of the Florentino Perez-led venture but that has been scrapped after all six Premier League clubs announced their u-turn, causing the proposal to be shelved.

Despite the fact that the European Super League is no longer happening, Arsenal fans aren’t any less disgusted with their club’s board for seeking to break away from UEFA nonetheless and there is a protest planned against Stan Kroenke outside the Emirates Stadium today.

As a founding club, the North Londoners were incapable of being relegated from the ESL and considering they’re ninth in the Premier League, didn’t do all that much to earn their place, beyond being a big club.

And Arsenal legend Wright has sent a tweet that may help Josh Kroenke see the point.
