Some Leeds United fans on social media have been reacting after watching Fabio Carvalho’s performance for Fulham against Millwall.
Carvalho, aged just 18, went to The Den and absolutely ran the show from start to finish.
A goal and an assist tell you all you need to know about the teenager’s performance, but if we’re being honest, he could have had a hat-trick if it weren’t for some great backs to the wall defending by Millwall.
Millwall must be such a tough place to go at that age. The hostile crowd, the physical style and the London rivalry, but Carvalho looked levels above everyone else on the pitch.
Leeds have of course been linked with Carvalho this summer, but with the youngster reportedly increasingly likely to sign a new deal with Fulham, it looks as though that isn’t a move that will happen imminently.
However, that hasn’t stopped the Elland Road faithful getting into a bit of a frenzy about the youngster after this showing, and here’s what they’ve been saying on social media…
