Real Betis have sent a message to Celtic on Twitter, congratulating them on winning the Scottish Premiership title yet again.
The SPFL have announced that the Scottish Premiership season has been called off early due to the global health crisis.
The final league table has been decided on a points-per-game basis, with Celtic crowned champions and their bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers finishing second.
La Liga club Betis have taken to Twitter to congratulate the Hoops on their success, and so have Russian Premier League outfit FC Zenit Saint Petersburg.
Huge success
Celtic have been superb in Scotland over the past nine seasons, and there is no doubt that the Hoops are the best team in the Scottish Premiership.
Although Rangers did give them a run for their money in the first half of the campaign, since the mid-season winter break, Neil Lennon’s side were much better and more consistent.
The Hoops will now be looking to win the Scottish Premiership title next season and make it 10 in a row.
