Speaking to the Que Golazo Podcast, Andrea Radrizzani has shared that he and Victor Orta have already come up with a plan for if Marcelo Bielsa leaves Leeds United.

The Argentine has famously only ever signed one-year deals at Leeds, and with his contract once again up this summer, we’re approaching the time where speculation begins to ramp up again.

Radrizzani says that he wants Bielsa to stay at the club, but he’s ready to act quickly if he does leave.

“It’s up to him and we are waiting for his decision, but in any case myself and Victor have already analysed any option and we know what to do if Marcelo decides he will not be with us,” Radrizzani said.

“We hope he will continue, but in any case we are preparing the club.”

We hope that Bielsa stays at Leeds as much as anyone, as his football is simply a joy to watch no matter who you support.

However, we would love to see what Orta and Radrizzani have prepared for if Bielsa leaves Leeds.

It’s an almost impossible act to follow, but with United now being a Premier League club, they could attract some absolutely massive names to Elland Road.

We’re sure Leeds fans are praying that Bielsa decides to stay this summer, but it is reassuring to hear that Radrizzani and Orta have a plan in place for if he does leave.
