Jose Mourinho seems to be in a bit of a funk at Tottenham Hotspur right now.
The Portuguese coach, a two-time Champions League winner, watched on this afternoon as Spurs lost 2-1 away to West Ham United in a result that left them ninth in the Premier League.
It’s a staggering dip in form for a Tottenham side that sat top of the Premier League table only two months ago.
But three victories in their 12 games since beating Arsenal in early December has not only ruined the Lilywhites’ chances of winning the title, but their top-four hopes are also now in major doubt.
There was bound to be questions over Mourinho, but the former Chelsea and Manchester United boss claimed in his post-match press conference via Football London that his coaching is ‘second to none’ when asked about his methods.
Thing is, the Premier League table tells a very different story and here’s how fans of the North London club reacted to the 58-year-old’s supreme confidence.
