Liverpool fans on Twitter are frustrated at the latest injury news regarding Thiago ahead of yet another important set of fixtures.

The Premier League champions are set to play Ajax in the Champions League tonight. But, they will be without a host of players as their luck is seemingly nowhere to be seen.

Liverpool fans have been left perplexed as to when they will see Thiago, 29, again and what his actual injury status is.

Jurgen Klopp stated that ‘it will take a few weeks’ for Thiago to return, as he told BBC Sport, which has left those on Merseyside frustrated.

Even ahead of their encounter against Wolves at the weekend, Liverpool fans just want some positive injury news about their players but it seems there is always something ready to knock them down.

The big positive Klopp can take from all this is that they are sitting second in the Premier League table and are edging ever closer to the knockout stages in the Champions League.

Liverpool’s trophies under Jurgen Klopp

  1. Champions League

    2018/19

  2. UEFA Super Cup

    2019

  3. FIFA Club World Cup

  4. Premier League

If they can produce these types of performances and results in these circumstances then imagine what can be done when the squad begins to get stronger.
