Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have been reacting after The Athletic published a report explaining why Tanguy Ndombele was absent against Arsenal this weekend, and it’s fair to say they’re not happy.
Indeed, The Athletic claim that Ndombele was simply left out of the squad rather than being omitted due to fitness reasons, and fans aren’t best pleased.
The report also states that the Frenchman is now weighing up his Spurs future.
Some supporters aren’t happy that a player so talented has seemingly once again been left out in the cold after a tough couple of years under Jose Mourinho, while others aren’t pleased with the fact that such a high-earner is seemingly out of favour.
All in all, it seems as though this update has left a sour taste in the mouth of Spurs supporters, the fanbase are desperate for Ndombele to succeed, but for one reason or another, things still aren’t clicking for him at Spurs.
