Richard Keys has said to BeIN Sports that Jack Grealish will definitely leave Aston Villa this summer, amid links with Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.

The Daily Star reported in June that Tottenham and Everton were both keen on the playmaker, who Villa value at over £50 million.

Grealish actually helped Villa survive in the Premier League yesterday, as he scored their goal in a 1-1 draw with West Ham United, which secured their safety.

But Keys thinks that Grealish’s days in a Villa shirt are now numbered.

“You know he won’t [stay] now. We all know he’s going. He’s done his bit,” Keys said.

Andy Gray also backed Grealish for a transfer, suggesting that he would be a better player in a strong side.

“He would be a better player in a better team in my opinion because not so much will be expected of him,” Gray said.

“He won’t go on to a pitch and think if I don’t play we might be struggling today. He will go on with other terrific players.”

Grealish has proven that he could fit into Jose Mourinho’s style at Tottenham in the last few months.

The Birmingham-born midfielder has been so disciplined defensively to help Villa tighten up in recent weeks, and he has sacrificed himself for Dean Smith’s side.

If he was to move to Everton, Grealish would go into the Toffees team and immediately become one of their star players, if he was able to recreate his brilliant performances for Villa this season at Goodison Park.
