Everton centre-back Phil Jagielka has left Goodison Park after 12 years with the club.

Wayne Rooney and Davy Klaassen have both messaged Phil Jagielka on Instagram after his departure from Everton was confirmed.
The centre-back is leaving Goodison Park after a 12 year stay with Everton to search for a new club.
Jagielka fell out of favour at Everton under Marco Silva, and he has not signed a new contract with the Toffees.
The former Everton captain will now be free to search for a new club this summer.
And Rooney, Steven Pienaar and Klaassen were just a few of the former Everton players to message their former captain on social media.
Jagielka is well loved at Goodison Park, after years of brilliant service to the club.
The England international has been a rock in Everton’s defence, but at the age of 36, it was felt that the time was right to move him on, as Silva looks to reduce the average age of his side.
Jagielka has already been linked with moves to the likes of Stoke City and Sheffield United.
