Manchester United have sacked Jose Mourinho today.

Manchester United’s search for a new manager has begun after they decided to sack Jose Mourinho earlier today, more than two years since his appointment.
The Red Devils appear to have an interim solution in mind, but they will now give themselves until next summer to decide on a permanent successor to Mourinho.
Zinedine Zidane and Mauricio Pochettino are two names in the frame, but there is plenty of time for many managers to put themselves in the mix for the role.
One name that few would consider right now is Marco Silva, but Watford fans have been joking that the Everton boss will be dusting off his CV as we speak.
The Portuguese boss famously wanted to leave Watford last year for Everton to further his career, but Watford stood firm and refused to let him go – before sacking him just months later.

Silva did finally become Everton boss this past summer, and has made a decent start to life at Goodison Park, leaving Watford fans to wonder whether he could look to move on again.
Watford fans took to Twitter to suggest that Silva will be looking to land the United job, attempting to have lunch with United officials and sending in his CV, joking that Everton’s season is about to be derailed much like Watford’s was last season – but almost everybody knows there will be little chance of Silva heading to Old Trafford any time soon.
