The NextGen series moves to the next level after agreeing a four-year broadcasting deal with Eurosport for the competition plus we bring you some highlights of this years edition with Aston Villa, PSV, CSKA Moscow, Molde, Anderlecht and Barcelona in action.
We have of course been covering the NextGen series here at HITC and can finally bring you highlights of some of the action so far in this season’s edition.
It comes after the NextGen organisers finally brokered a deal with Eurosport to show games live across the continent fir this season and for up to 4 years afterwards. In a huge step for the youth team Champions League format competition 18 games, minimum, will be broadcast live from this year’s edition starting with the huge clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Barcelona next Thursday.
These group games have already been confirmed for live Eurosport broadcasting:
13th September – Tottenham Hotspur vs. FC Barcelona (7pm)
26th September – Internazionale vs. Borussia Dortmund (7pm)
3rd October – Vfl Wolfsburg vs. FC Barcelona (4.30pm)
31st October – Juventus vs. Manchester City FC (6pm)
7th November – Borussia Dortmund vs. Internazionale (5pm)
19th December – Paris St. Germain vs. Juventus (4pm)

And finally Barcelona coming unstuck with an unsatisfactory 1-1 home draw with the impressive Anderlecht from Belgium
