England are gearing up for a quarter-final meeting with Erling Haaland’s Norway on Saturday night.
The Three Lions secured a hard-fought 3-2 win over Mexico in the Round of 16 in what was arguably one of the best performances from the country at a World Cup in recent memory.
In their downtime after a gruelling game, England decided to invite musician Ed Sheeran to their camp to perform a private show, which left some players looking rather awkward.

John Stones and other England players watch Ed Sheeran perform
In a clip doing the rounds on social media, the video shows a number of players, including John Stones and Morgan Rogers, watching with some interesting expressions.
As expected, the fan reaction to the clip has been pretty funny, with some joking that the players had ‘suffered’ enough.
One fan stated: “Their thinking: ‘Haven’t we suffered enough already?'”
“Only man who enjoyed that was Sheeran himself,” commented another.
A third wrote: “They’re torturing them, the poor things.”
Another tweeted: “Nobody suffered more than the England players in this World Cup.”
“They haven’t lost yet and they’re already being humiliated,” added a fifth.
While a sixth joked: “Tuchel giving a demonstration of what could happen to the squad if they lose to Norway.”
England play Norway at 10pm BST on Saturday, with the winner of that match going on to face Argentina or Switzerland in the semi-finals.
On the other side of the draw, France are taking on Morocco, while Spain are clashing with Belgium on Friday.
