David James has criticised Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno on Twitter for the first goal he conceded against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday evening.

The former Liverpool and England international goalkeeper believes that Leno should have kept out Son Heung-min’s effort in the first half.

South Korea international forward Son found the back of the net with a stunning shot in the 13th minute of the North London derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Son has been widely praised for the goal, and although James believes that it was a good effort, he thinks that Leno should have saved it.

Bouncing back

It was a disappointing performance from Arsenal, who could not find the final ball and failed to score yet again in a Premier League game.

The Gunners have to bounce back quickly, as they are in danger of falling behind in the race for the Champions League places.

Arsenal do have a good squad, and manager Mikel Arteta has to find a way for the team to start scoring goals on a regular basis and has to get star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang firing again.
