Micah Richards has said on Sky Sports Premier League (1:34pm, November 21, 2021) that he was not sure about Aaron Ramsdale when Arsenal signed him from Sheffield United in the summer of 2021.
The former Manchester City right-back has said that he has been impressed by Ramsdale this season.
The Sky Sports pundit has stated that the Arsenal goalkeeper is producing Man-of-the-Match performances every week.

Aaron Ramsdale is proving his critics wrong
Ramsdale cost Arsenal £24 million (The Athletic) in the summer of 2021.
Not many were convinced that the Gunners needed to spent £24 million on a back-up goalkeeper.
In our view, all those detractors have been proven wrong now.
Ramsdale has established himself as the number one goalkeeper at Arsenal.
The 23-year-old is keeping a Germany international, Bernd Leno, on the bench.
That is no mean feat.
Ramsdale is brilliant with his feet and commands his penalty area well.
As the goalkeeper showed against Liverpool on Saturday night, he is very good saving shots as well.
Arsenal left-back Nuno Tavares said last week that Ramsdale coaches him during games.
Let’s not forget that Ramdale is still only 23.
He is only going to get better.
