Bringing in the Real Madrid boss would certainly be an eye catching move from the Magpies’ new owners.
But Newcastle fans have a huge amount of doubts over whether the Frenchman would actually be interested in the job.
Zidane would certainly be a high profile appointment at Newcastle, but it does seem questionable that he would take the job.
The Madrid legend is enjoying his second spell at the Bernabeu currently, and Newcastle would surely find it difficult to tempt him away.
The Magpies have, however, been linked with other exciting managerial candidates, including the out of work Mauricio Pochettino.
