Tottenham Hotspur fans have had a mixed reaction after being linked with Ivan Perisic.
Fussball Transfers claim that Tottenham are keen on the Inter Milan wide-man, who is apparently available for just £13.5 million.
Perisic is now 31, which means he is entering the twilight of his career, but some Tottenham fans feel he would have the quality to enhance their squad.
Others, though, are less convinced and they suggest that Jose Mourinho would be better off going after other targets.
Perisic would at least fit in to Tottenham’s price-range, if they did make a move.
Spurs are thought to be shopping on a limited budget and the Croatian could be a bargain, if he can rediscover his top form.
If Perisic was to move to Spurs he would be in competition with the likes of Steven Bergwijn, Heung-Min Son and Lucas Moura for a first-team place.
