Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after 90min revealed that the Gunners are interested in signing Celtic’s Ryan Christie.
The report also states that Newcastle, Leicester, Southampton, Brighton and Burnley are keen on the Scotland international.
90min add that Christie is good friends with Kieran Tierney and shares a room with the left-back while on international duty with Scotland.
The 25-year-old will enter the final season of his contract in 2021/22, and he is yet to give any indications that he will renew his deal at Celtic Park.

So far this season in 27 appearances for the Bhoys, the Inverness-born maestro has scored four goals while assisting 11 more.
With all due respect, he perhaps doesn’t possess the aura of Houssem Aouar.
However, he plays in a position where Arsenal desperately need a creative source, so Christie would be a necessary addition.

It is also mentioned in the report that Arsenal believe Christie’s relationship with Tierney will stand them in good stead, if they decide to pursue his services.
